纺织染整废水中锑元素的测定研究

摘  要:建立和比较了原子荧光法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定染整废水中总锑检测方法。并对原子荧光法中掩蔽剂的用量和样品反应时间的影响以及电感耦合等离子体质谱法中内标元素的选择开展了优化研究。2种方法建立的标准曲线的相关系数均在0.999以上,方法检出限均小于纺织染整企业锑污染排放限值的10%,相对标准偏差RSD%值<3%。2种方法的F检验结果表明,无显著性差异,均具有较好的精密度和准确度。实际的样品分析中可综合考虑样品量、基体性质、仪器可操作性等因素进行使用。The methods of atomic fluorescence and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for the determination of total antimony in dyeing and finishing wastewater were established and compared.The influence of the amount of masking agent and sample reaction time in atomic fluorescence method and the selection of internal standard elements in inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were optimized.The correlation coefficients of the standard curves established by the two methods are above 0.999,the detection limits of the methods are less than 10%of the antimony emission limits of textile dyeing and finishing enterprises,and the relative standard deviation RSD%value is less than 3%.The F test results of the two methods show that there is no significant difference,and both have good precision and accuracy.In the actual sample analysis,factors such as sample size,matrix properties and instrument operability can be comprehensively considered.
