摘　　要：通过对新疆煤炭开发的辐射环境监管状况以及我国矿产资源开发的辐射安全监管现状的分析,对目前新疆辐射环境监管存在的问题进行探讨,提出相应对策建议:开展新疆煤炭资源历史数据收集与分析,以及典型企业现场调查;结合限量标准在使用过程中存在的问题,依据国家伴生放射性矿产资源开发利用活动辐射安全监管要求,尽快修订《煤炭资源开采天然放射性核素限量》。Through the analysis of the radiation environment supervision status of coal development in Xinjiang and the radiation safety supervision status of mineral resources development in China,the existing problems of radiation environment supervision in Xinjiang are discussed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:historical data on coal resources in Xinjiang should be collected and analyzed,as well as on-site investigation of typical enterprises of coal mining and separation processes should be conducted;Based on the problems existing in the use of the standard,and in accordance with the radiation safety supervision requirements for the development and utilization of associated radioactive min-eral resources in China,“Limit of natural radionuclides in the exploitation of coal resources”should be revised as soon as possible.
