高校教师党支部党建引领“三全育人”实施路径探索

摘　　要：高校党建工作与思想政治工作是实现立德树人任务的重要内容和重要途径,但党建与业务工作、思想工作的融合是一个难点问题。高校教工党支部作为高校基层党组织联系广大教职工和师生的纽带和桥梁,在党的教育事业中发挥着重要作用。支部党员教师的双重身份要求其既承担党建与业务工作,又肩负学生思想政治教育责任。该文从立德树人根本任务出发,结合当代大学生的特点和新时代党建要求,挖掘教师党支部在“三全育人”中的党建引领不足,探索构建协同育人机制,发挥教师党支部的“三全育人”功能,服务高校学科建设、人才培养工作。The Party building work and ideological and political work in universities are important contents and ways to achieve the task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,but the integration of Party building with professional work and ideological work is a difficult problem.The Party branch of university faculty plays an important role in the education of the Party as a link and bridge between grassroots Party organizations and the vast number of faculty and students.The dual identity of branch Party members and teachers requires them to undertake both Party building and professional work,as well as the responsibility of ideological and political education for students.This papers tarts from the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,combining with the characteristics of contemporary college students and the requirements of Party building in the new era.It will explore the insufficient guidance of teacher Party branches in Party building in the"three complete education",explore the construction of a collaborative education mechanism,and leverage the"three complete education"function of teacher Party branches,which will serve the discipline construction and talent training in universities.
