摘 要:发光碳点作为一种零维纳米发光材料,具有发光范围宽、发光易调控、生物兼容等优良特点,在传感检测、生物医学、光电器件等方面具有重要的应用前景。为了揭示高量子产率发光碳点的特性,从碳点量子产率测量方法、蓝光碳点、黄橙光碳点、红光碳点分析与总结其高量子产率(>80%)的制备方法,从而为高效发光碳点的应用提供理论指导。As a zero-dimensional nanoluminescent material,luminescent carbon dots(CDs)has good properties such as a wide range of luminescence,easy regulation of luminescence,and good biocompatibility.It has significant application prospects in sensing detection,biomedical science,and optoelectronic devices.To reveal the characteristics of luminescent CDs of high quantum production rate,this article analyzes and summarizes the preparation methods for achieving high quantum yield(>80%)of CDs,including quantum yield measurement techniques,blue-emitting CDs,yellow-orange-emitting CDs,and red-emitting CDs.The aim is to provide theoretical guidance for the application of highly efficient luminescent CDs.
