摘  要:山形自封闭水封广泛应用于高水头、超高水头闸门止水装置中,其止水性能受封头形状影响较大,为了探究封头形状对山形自封闭水封止水性能的影响,基于非线性有限元方法对山形自封闭水封止水装置进行仿真分析。根据水封材料试验数据采用最小二乘法得到水封材料Mooney-Rivlin模型本构参数。通过建立山形自封闭水封止水装置有限元模型并将水封有限元仿真结果与模型试验结果进行对比,验证水封有限元仿真方法可靠性。再对不同工况下不同封头半径、封头偏心距的山形自封闭水封止水装置施加相应荷载及约束并进行有限元仿真计算,得到山型自封闭水封在不同工况下的接触应力、接触宽度、变形情况等。在山型自封闭水封设计中,应根据实际情况选取中等偏大的封头半径和合适的封头偏心距。E-type self-sealing water seal has been widely used in sealing devices of high head and ultra-high head gate,and its sealing performance is greatly affected by the shape of the head.In order to explore the influence of shape on the sealing performance of E-type water seal,the simulation analysis of E-type self-sealing water sealing device has been carried out based on nonlinear finite element method.Firstly,the Constitutive parameters of the Mooney-Rivlin model of the water seal material has been obtained by fitting the test data of the water sealing material.Then the finite element model of E-type water seal has been established and the results of finite element simulation has been compared with those of water seal model test to ensure the accuracy of the finite element simulation method.Finally,the E-type self-sealing water seal with different head radius and head eccentricity under different working conditions is subjected to corresponding loads and constraints,and the finite element simulation is carried out to obtain the contact stress,contact width and deformation of the E-type self-sealing water seal with different head radius and head eccentricity under differ-ent working conditions.Through the analysis of the simulation results,it is obtained that the water sealing performance of E-type self-sealing water seal is affected by the radius and eccentricity of the head.
