摘  要:复合材料圆柱壳质量轻、力学性能好,在水下无人潜航器(unmanned underwater vehicle, UUV)的耐压壳方面具有广阔的应用前景,掌握其在水压载荷作用下的声振特性对UUV的声隐身设计至关重要。本文基于Flügge圆柱壳理论,采用波传播法,开展了在水压载荷作用下的正交各向异性圆柱壳自由振动研究。运用牛顿迭代法求解水下正交各向异性圆柱壳的特征频率,并通过与COMSOL有限元仿真对比,验证了理论模型的正确性。结果表明,浸没圆柱壳受流固耦合与水压载荷共同作用,特征频率减小,模态振型发生改变。本文还对圆柱壳进行参数化分析,系统研究了薄壁圆柱壳的长径比、厚径比以及材料参数对圆柱壳特征频率的影响规律。本文的研究结果为UUV耐压壳水下声振特性分析提供了理论依据和数据参考,对UUV声隐身设计具有重要意义。Composite cylindrical shells have light weight and good mechanical properties,and they have broad application prospects in pressure-resistant shells of underwater unmanned vehicle(UUV).Mastering their acoustic-vibration characteristics under water pressure loads is crucial for acoustic stealth design of UUV.Here,based on Flügge cylindrical shell theory,using the wave propagation method,free vibration of orthotropic cylindrical shell was studied under water pressure load.Characteristic frequencies of underwater orthotropic cylindrical shell were solved using Newton’s iteration method,and the correctness of the theoretical model was verified through comparison with COMSOL finite element simulation.The results showed that the immersed cylindrical shell is subjected to the combined action of fluid-structure coupling and water pressure load to cause decrease in characteristic frequencies and changes of modal shapes.In addition,parametric analysis for cylindrical shell was performed to systematically study effects of aspect ratio,thickness to diameter ratio and material parameters on characteristic frequencies of thin-walled cylindrical shell.It was shown that the study results can provide theoretical basis and data reference for underwater acoustic-vibration characteristics analysis of UUV pressure-resistant shells;they are of great significance for UUV acoustic stealth design.
