摘 要:为了探究耐张线夹断连时安全备用线夹承受的冲击载荷及线路关键位置的力学响应,建立了耐张线夹-安全备用线夹-导线耦联瞬断有限元模型。以JL/G1A-630/45-45/7导线为对象,模拟了耐张线夹断连后安全备用线夹单独承受冲击载荷的过程,分析多种档距和高差下耐张线夹断连后安全备用线夹关键位置张力变化。为了验证模型的有效性,开展了多组安全备用线夹受耐张线夹断连冲击试验。研究发现,高差与档距的增加会使安全备用线夹附近节点张力极值和导线振动周期增大。在档距500 m时张力极值和振动周期相较档距为150 m时分别增大了32.08%和140.23%。脱冰跳跃现象的发生会使安全备用线夹附近节点张力极值和导线振动周期减小。增大建立的有限元模型可用于耐张线夹断连冲击数值仿真,在工程当中为避免耐张线夹断连冲击对导线的损伤应减小大档距至500 m以下并降低悬挂点的高度。Here,to investigate impact loads exerted on safety backup clamps and mechanical responses of line critical positions when strain clamps were disconnected,a finite element(FE)model for coupling instantaneous break of strain clamp-safety backup clamp-conductor was established.Taking JL/G1A-630/45-45/7 conductor as the object,the process of safety backup clamp bearing impact load alone was simulated after strain clamp disconnected.Tension changes at key positions of safety backup clamp after strain clamp disconnected under various spans and height differences were analyzed.In order to verify the effectiveness of the FE model,impact tests on multiple sets of safety backup clamps after strain clamp disconnected were conducted.The study showed that increase in height difference and span can cause increase in extreme tensions of nodes near safety backup clamp and vibration period of conductor;with a span of 500 m,extreme tension value and vibration period increase by 32.08%and 140.23%,respectively compared to a span of 150 m;occurrence of de-icing jump phenomenon can reduce extreme tension value of nodes near safety backup clamp and vibration period of conductor;the enlarged finite element model can be used for numerical simulation of impact due to strain clamp disconnected;in engineering,to avoid damage to conductor caused by impact due to strain clamp disconnected,large span should be reduced to below 500m and suspension point height should be lowered.
