摘 要:细菌能够通过细菌群体感应系统(QS)感应胞外同种细菌密度信息,从而调整相应的基因表达,以适应环境的改变。革兰阳性菌与革兰阴性菌拥有不同的QS系统,其主要区别在于诱导菌体产生QS效应的信号分子(AI)不同,主要分为LuxR/I型信号系统、寡肽介导的信号系统、LuxS/AI-2型信号系统、AI-3/肾上腺素/去甲肾上腺素信号系统。群体淬灭(QQ)是一种能够阻断QS的过程,其主要通过作用于信号分子酶干扰AI合成,或降解AI,或阻止AI与信号受体的结合等方式来抑制细菌QS。抑制细菌的QS系统是一种全新的抗菌策略。近年来有研究报道,中药可以抑制铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌、嗜水气单胞菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、变形链球菌等细菌的QS系统,进而抑制细菌生物膜的形成及毒力因子的产生,降低细菌的耐药性。本文对细菌群体感应系统及中药对该系统的抑制作用进行综述,以期为寻找新型抗菌药物、解决细菌耐药性问题提供新思路。Bacteria can sense the density information of the same bacterial species outside the cell through the bacterial quorum sensing system(QS),thereby adjusting the corresponding gene expression to adapt to changes in the environment.Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria have different QS systems.The main difference lies in the different signal molecules that induce bacteria to produce QS effects.They are mainly divided into LuxR/I signaling system,oligopeptide-mediated signaling system,LuxS/AI-2 signaling system,AI-3/epinephrine/norepinephrine signaling system.Population quenching(QQ)is a process that blocks QS.It mainly inhibits QS in bacteria by acting on signal molecules and interfering with AI synthesis,or degrading AI,or preventing the binding of AI to signal receptors.The QS system that suppresses bacteria is a new antibacterial strategy.In recent years,studies had reported that traditional Chinese medicine could inhibit the QS system of bacteria such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Aeromonas hydrophila,Salmonella typhimurium,Staphylococcus aureus,and Streptococcus mutans,thereby inhibiting the formation of bacterial biofilms and the production of virulence factors,and reducing bacterial resistance.The bacterial quorum sensing system and the inhibitory effect of traditional Chinese medicine on this system are reviewed in order to provide new ideas for finding new antibacterial drugs and solving the problem of bacterial resistance.
