不同止血法在脑血管造影术中的疗效及安全性对比

摘　　要：目的比较5F EXOSEAL封堵止血装置与徒手止血法在脑血管造影术中治疗的疗效、安全性及并发症发生率。方法回顾性分析我院收治的单纯行脑血管造影患者225例的临床资料,根据止血方法不同将其分为封堵止血装置组(68例)及徒手压迫组(157例),比较两组患者采取不同止血方法的疗效、安全性(止血时间、卧床时间),并发症(腹股沟血肿、假性动脉瘤、下肢肌间静脉血栓)情况。结果两组术后止血时间、卧床时间比较,P<0.01;两组术后腹股沟血肿、假性动脉瘤、下肢肌间静脉血栓发生率比较,P>0.05。结论对于单纯脑血管造影股动脉穿刺患者采取5F EXOSEAL封堵止血装置安全、有效、舒适程度高,提高介入诊疗的依从性,适合于经济条件较好的脑血管造影患者。Objective To compare the efficacy,safety and complication incidence of two different hemostatic methods in cerebral angiography.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was done for 225 patients undergoing isolated cerebral angiography in our hospital.According the different hemostatic methods,68 cases in 5F EXOSEAL group received plugging hemostatic device and 157 cases in the manual compression group received manual compression.The efficacy,safety(hemostasis time,bed rest time),and complications(groin hematoma,pseudoaneurysm and deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities)were compared between the two groups.Results The comparison of postoperative hemostatic time and bed bed rest time between the two groups was with P<0.01.The comparison of incidence of groin hematoma,pseudoaneurysm and deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities between the two groups was with P>0.05.Conclusion For patients undergoing cerebral angiography with femoral artery puncture,the use of 5F EXOSEAL hemostatic device is safe,effective,and comfortable.It enhances compliance with interventional diagnosis and treatment and is more suitable for patients with better economic conditions.
