摘 要:针对耐大功率射频同轴连接器焊点脱焊的典型失效模式,采用技术归零的方法,分析耐大功率连接器典型结构特点。从连接器设计缺陷,连接器装配过程缺陷,连接器安装使用不当三方面分析失效原因和失效机理,并开展问题复现试验验证了失效原因分析的有效性,最终确定了内导体“一体式”调整为“分离式”结构优化设计方案。通过力学和电性能仿真及试验,验证了连接器结构优化设计的有效性,彻底解决了焊点脱焊的问题,提高耐大功率射频连接器的可靠性。In view of the typical failure mode of solder joint desoldering of high-power RF coaxial connectors,the typical structural characteristics of high-power connectors are analyzed by the method of technical zeroing.The failure causes and failure mechanisms are analyzed from three aspects of connector design defects,connector assembly process defects,and improper connector installation and use.The problem recurrence test is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the failure cause analysis.Finally,the "one-piece" adjustment to the "two-body" structural optimization design scheme is determined.Through simulations and experiments of the mechanical and electrical properties,the effectiveness of the optimized design of the connector structure is verified,the problem of solder joint desoldering is completely solved,and the reliability of high-power RF connectors is improved.
