摘  要:【目的】探讨中龄林修枝对杉木人工林林下植被和土壤肥力的影响,为杉木人工林无节材培育提供依据。【方法】2003年选择17年生杉木中龄林,设计修枝与不修枝对比试验,对修枝20 a的样地与不修枝样地进行林下植被发育和土壤肥力调查。【结果】修枝(处理)杉木人工林林下植被生物量是不修枝(对照)的1.21倍,表明修枝可显著提高杉木林林下植被生物量;修枝对林下植被物种多样性指数无显著影响。修枝(处理)杉木人工林土壤理化性质指标与不修枝(对照)的差异不显著;但修枝(处理)对林地土壤pH值及细菌、真菌的组成有显著影响,降低了土壤pH值,显著提高土壤细菌、真菌的丰富度和多样性指数。修枝(处理)对林地土壤真菌的群落组成有显著影响,对土壤细菌群落组成没有影响。相关性分析结果表明,林地土壤有机质含量与杉木人工林林下植被物种多样性呈显著正相关。【结论】中龄林修枝可显著提高杉木林林下植被生物量,对植被物种多样性指数和土壤肥力均没有显著影响,但显著提高土壤细菌、真菌的丰富度和多样性指数。【Objective】This study aimed to develop a cultivation technology of large-diameter non-nodular timber of Chinese fir basing on the effect of pruning on understory vegetation and soil fertility.【Method】A comparison experiment on pruning was conducted on a 17-year-old Chinese fir middle-aged plantation in 2003,with none pruning as the control.After 20 years of pruning,the understory vegetation development and soil fertility were investigated in 2023.【Result】After 20 years of pruning,the understory vegetation in Chinese fir plantation was significantly developed,with biomass 1.21 times as much as that under non-pruning,although there was no significant variation in its species diversity index.Pruning did not affect the physical properties of soil water,but it was contributed to lower soil pH and significantly greater richness and diversity indexes of soil bacteria and fungi,resulting in a changed soil fungal community composition.Correlation analysis further showed significant positive correlation between soil organic matter and species diversity of understory vegetation in Chinese fir plantation.【Conclusion】After 20 years of pruning,the biomass of understory vegetation in Chinese fir plantation was significantly increased,together with significantly higher richness and diversity index of soil bacteria and fungi;but there was no significant variation on vegetation species diversity index and soil fertility.
