摘 要:湿天然气输送受外界因素影响,导致液态水和重烃在管道底部沉积,积液降低输送效率,引发流动保障问题。研究携液规律,并采取措施减少危害至关重要。文中利用OLGA软件建立了2种不同的起伏管道模型,分析了地形起伏对湿气管道持液率影响规律。以不同倾角下的持液率为判别依据,明确了地形起伏湿气管道的研究重点是持液率更大,即更难携带液体的上倾管段,当上倾段的倾角为55°时最难携液。Wet natural gas transmission is affected by external factors,resulting in the deposition of water and heavy hydrocarbons at the bottom of the pipeline.Fluid accumulation reduces delivery efficiency and causes security issues.It is important to study the pattern of liquid carrying and take steps to reduce the hazards.In this paper,two different undulating pipeline models were established by using OLGA numerical simulation software,and the influence of terrain undulation on the liquid holding capacity of wet gas pipelines was analyzed.Taking the liquid holdup at different inclination angles as the basis for judgment,it is clarified that the research focus of wet gas pipelines with undulating terrain is the uphill inclined section with higher liquid holdup,which is more difficult to carry liquid.When the inclination angle of the upper inclination section is 55°,it is most difficult to carry liquid.
