摘 要:文中针对卡套式管接头在使用时受到不规则摆动导致泄漏的问题,进行了旋转挠曲试验及受力仿真分析。参照ASTM F1387—1999(2012)标准中旋转挠曲试验方法,对1/4OD″的卡套式管接头施加不同抗拉强度旋转至100多万次,致其发生泄漏,随后采用无损荧光渗透和金相显微镜检测的方法,对泄漏的卡套式管接头进行宏观分析,发现裂纹泄漏位置集中在前卡套前端与管件咬合处。利用ANSYS软件进行仿真分析,发现卡套式管接头集中受力区与实际旋转挠曲试验中泄漏位置基本一致。因此,在使用中应注意观察卡套式管接头的前卡套前端与管件咬合处是否存在泄漏,避免产生安全隐患。In order to solve the problem of leakage caused by irregular swing during use of ferrule type pipe joint,the paper carried out rotational flexure test and force simulation analysis.According to ASTM F1387—1999(2012)standard rotary flexure test method,different tensile strength was applied to the 1/4OD″ferrule type pipe joint rotation to more than 1 million times,resulting in leakage.Then nondestructive fluorescence penetration and metallographic microscopy were used to macroscopically analyze the leakage of the ferrule type pipe joint.It is found that the crack leakage is concentrated at the joint between the front end of the ferrule and the pipe fitting.The simulation analysis with ANSYS software shows that the concentrated stress area of the ferrule type pipe joint is basically consistent with the leakage position in the rotational flexure test.Therefore,in use,attention should be paid to whether there is leakage at the front end of the ferrule and the bite of the pipe fitting to avoid safety hazards.
