地缘背景下俄属北极圈内中俄不可再生资源合作

摘　　要：俄罗斯拥有丰富的资源,能源种类多样,北极圈内蕴藏巨大的石油、天然气等不可再生资源,俄罗斯的地缘战略地位格外突出。21世纪以来,中国经济快速发展,石油、天然气等非再生资源的需求越来越大,我国成为世界主要能源消费大国。在地缘背景下,中俄在北极地区的油气合作成为两国北极战略的外部支柱,两国不断发挥各自比较优势,各取所需,实现北极能源经济的优势互补。有必要明确中俄北极油气资源合作基础,分析中俄北极油气资源合作现状,探索中俄北极油气资源合作路径,最终实现互利共赢。Russia has abundant resources and diverse types of energy,and the Arctic Circle contains huge non renewable resources such as oil and natural gas,making Russia's geopolitical position particularly prominent.Since the 21st century,China's economy has developed rapidly,and the demand for non-renewable resources such as oil and natural gas has been increasing,and China has become a major energy consuming country in the world.In the geopolitical context,oil and gas cooperation between China and Russia in the Arctic region has become an external pllar of the two countries'Arctic strategy,and the two countries continue to leverage their respective comparative advantages,take what they need,and achieve complementary advantages in the Arctic energy economy.It is necessary to clarify the basis of cooperation between China and Russia in Arctic oil and gas resources,analyze the current situation of cooperation between China and Russia in Arctic oil and gas resources,explore the path of cooperation between China and Russia in Arctic oil and gas resources,and ultimately achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
