摘　　要：开展规划中期评估是掌握规划实施情况的重要手段和措施。以《深圳市深汕特别合作区“十四五”生态环境保护规划》(简称《规划》)为例,客观评价《规划》的中期实施情况,包括指标目标达成情况、任务推进情况及工程实施情况,并提出面临的问题与挑战。为保障《规划》顺利实施,进一步提出实施建议,以期发挥《规划》的基础性、统领性作用,推进生态环境质量持续改善。Carrying out mid-term evaluation is an important means and measure to grasp the implementation of the plan.This paper takes the 14th Five-Year Ecological and Environmental Protection Plan of Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen Municipality(referred to as the Plan)as an example,objectively evaluates the progress of the mid-term implementation of the Plan,analyzes the achievement of indicators and goals,task progress,and project implementation,and puts forward the problems and challenges faced.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the Plan,further implementation suggestions are put forward,in order to give full play to the basic and leading role of the Plan and promote the continuous improvement of ecological environment quality.
