芬顿试剂处理餐饮废水的特性分析

摘  要:以安徽省某高校食堂的餐饮废水为研究对象,采用单因素控制和响应面法分析了芬顿试剂中Fe^(2+)、H_(2)O_(2)投加顺序,Fe^(2+)与H_(2)O_(2)投加比、pH值、温度以及反应时间对该类废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,芬顿试剂按照先投加Fe2后投H_(2)O_(2)的投加顺序,且在Fe^(2+)与H_(2)O_(2)投加比为4:6、pH值在3~4、温度为30℃、反应时间为60min时,化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)去除率可达80.5%。同时,采用响应面分析优化试验条件,得到最佳条件是Fe^(2+)与H_(2)O_(2)投加比为7:9、pH为4.19、温度为60℃、反应时间为60min,该预测条件下的COD去除率可达86.8%。Taking the catering wastewater from the canteen of a university in Anhui Province as the research object,the effects of Fe^(2+) and HO2 dosing order,Fe^(2+) and H_(2)O_(2) dosing ratio,pH value,temperature and reaction time of Fenton's reagent on the effect of this kind of wastewater treatment were analyzed by using the one-factor control and response surface method.The results showed that the removal rate of Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD)was up to 80.5% when the Fenton reagent was added in the order of Fe^(2+) and then H_(2)O_(2),and the Fe^(2+) to H2O addition ratio was 4:6,the pH value ranged from 3~4,the temperature was 30℃,and the reaction time was 60 min.At the same time,the response surface analysis was used to optimize the experimental conditions,and the optimal conditions were Fe^(2+) to H_(2)O_(2) dosing ratio of 7:9,pH of 4.19,temperature of 60℃,and reaction time of 60 min,and the removal rate of COD could reach 86.8% under these predicted conditions.
