摘　　要：本科毕业论文是实践教学体系重要的组成部分,也是反映高校人才培养质量的重要指标。目前,财经类本科毕业论文整体质量不高,部分毕业生的能力无法达到社会对财经人才的要求,因此,如何培养学生的综合能力、提升财经类本科毕业论文质量已经成为当下高校迫切需要解决的问题。基于此,以全面质量管理为依据,在分析财经类本科毕业论文现存问题以及质量不高的原因基础上,从全面管理、全程管理、全员管理三个方面提出了财经类本科毕业论文质量提升的策略,对于提升高校人才培养质量,缓解人才供需的结构性失衡问题具有重要意义。Undergraduate thesis is an important part of the practical teaching system and an important indicator to reflect the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.At present,the overall quality of undergraduate thesis in finance and economics is not high,and the ability of the graduates cannot meet the demand of the society for financial talents.Therefore,how to cultivate the comprehensive ability of students and improve the quality of undergraduate thesis in finance and economics have become a key issue that colleges and universities urgently need to solve.Based on this,the thesis takes total quality management as the basis,analyzes the existing problems of undergraduate thesis of finance and economics and the reasons for the low quality.It puts forward the strategy of improving the quality of undergraduate thesis of finance and economics from the three aspects of total management,whole process management,and all staff management.It is important for improving the quality of talent cultivation of colleges and universities and easing the structural imbalance between the supply of and demand for talents.
