数字化背景下物业管理实务课程教学改革研究

摘　　要：物业管理实务是本科物业管理专业的核心课程,主要介绍物业管理的各项实际工作。数字化背景下,该课程主要存在能力素质融合不足、前沿知识供给不足、数智物业管理认知不足、实战条件供给不足等教学困境。采取确定课程知识能力素质目标、重塑课程教学内容、建立四个教学平台、建立四个教学课堂、采取多维度考核等措施,能有效解决数字化背景下物业管理实务课程教学问题。Property management practice is the core course of undergraduate major of estate management,which mainly introduces the practical work of property management.Under the digital background,the course mainly faces teaching difficulties such as insufficient integration of abilities and qualities,insufficient supply of frontier knowledge,insufficient awareness of digital property management and insufficient supply of practical conditions.It is believed that the measures such as integrating course knowledge,ability and quality objectives,reshaping the course teaching content,establishing four teaching platforms,setting up four teaching classrooms and implementing multi-dimensional assessments can effectively solve the teaching problems of the property management practice course in the context of digitization.
