摘　　要：绿色技术创新已经成为我国企业转型发展的关键因素,本文选用2013-2022年A股上市企业的微观数据,进行实证分析,结果显示数字金融对企业绿色技术创新有促进作用。从机制检验结果分析,缓解融资约束和提高公司治理水平是重要的作用机制;通过异质性检验,对于东部地区和非国有企业来说数字金融对绿色技术创新的促进作用更显著。基于此,我国应大力发展数字金融技术,为企业绿色技术创新提供新动力。Green technology innovation has become a key factor in the transformation and development of Chinese enterprises.This article uses micro-data from A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2022 for empirical analysis,and the results show that digital finance has a promoting effect on green technology innovation in enterprises.From the analysis of mechanism testing results,alleviating financing constraints and improving corporate governance level are important mechanisms of action;through heterogeneity testing,it is found that digital finance has a more significant promoting effect on green technology innovation in the eastern region and non-state-owned enterprises.Based on this,China should vigorously develop digital financial technology to provide new impetus for green technology innovation in enterprises.
