摘 要:研究了激光直接沉积成形高硼Ni_(3)Al合金的微观组织及热处理对合金的影响。结果表明,激光沉积Ni_(3)Al合金组织主要由γ+γ'共晶相、γ'相和硼化物组成。固溶处理时,形状不规则的γ'相和硼化物发生固溶,但随着固溶温度的升高,合金组织中会有β-NiAl相析出;时效过程中,γ'相和硼化物会从基体相中重新析出,新生γ'相和硼化物更加细小、弥散。经过1080℃×4 h,AC+900℃×10 h,AC固溶时效处理后,合金不仅获得了细小弥散的γ'相和硼化物强化组织,且有效抑制了β-NiAl相析出,使得合金力学性能得到了很好的改善。The microstructure of high-boron Ni_(3)Al alloy formed by laser direct deposition and the effect of heat treatment on the alloy were studied.The results show that the microstructure of laser-deposited Ni_(3)Al alloy is mainly composed ofγ+γ'eutectic phases,γ'phase and boride.During the solution treatment,the irregularly shapedγ'phase and the boride are dissolved,but as the solution temperature increases,theβ-NiAl phase is precipitated in the alloy structure.During the aging process,theγ'phase and the boride are precipitated.It is re-precipitate from the matrix phase,and the newγ'phase and boride are finer and more dispersed.After 1080℃×4 h,AC+900℃×10 h,AC solution aging treatment,the alloy not only obtains fine dispersedγ'phase and boride reinforced structure,but also effectively inhibits theβ-NiAl phase precipitation,which improves the mechanical properties of the alloy.
