摘  要:基于双辊铸轧复合技术,提出了4343/3003/4343铝合金钎焊板的固-液-固双辊铸轧复合工艺,并实现了3.65 mm厚铸轧复合板在实验室条件下的制备,随后将其冷轧至目标厚度0.5 mm,对铸轧复合板的微观组织进行了SEM和能谱分析(EDS)研究,对轧制成品复合带的包覆率与拉伸性能进行了测试。结果表明:铸轧复合铝板的界面平整,无空隙、杂质缺陷存在,芯材与覆层之间存在1.4μm的扩散层,两者的结合为冶金结合。复合带的包覆率为9.97%,偏差为±0.15%,抗拉强度为234.8MPa,伸长率为3.74%,满足国家标准要求。采用固-液-固固铸轧复合工艺能够快速实现芯材与覆层的冶金结合,同时铸轧出口厚度较小,轧制到成品所需道次少,具有生产效率高、能耗低、成本低等优势。Based on the twin roll cast-rolling composite technology,the solid-liquid-solid twin roll casting(SLS-TRC)process of the 4343/3003/4343 aluminum alloy brazing plate was proposed,and the manufacturing of 3.65 mm thick cast-rolled composite sheet under laboratory conditions was realized.Then,the cast-rolled composite sheet was cold rolled to the target thickness of 0.5 mm.The microstructure of the cast-rolled composite sheet was studied by SEM and EDS,and the clad ratio and tensile properties of the rolled composite strip were tested.The results show that the interface of the cast-rolled composite aluminum plate is flat with no gap and impurity defects,and there is 1.4μm thick diffusion layer between the core and the cladding layer,the combination between the two layers is metallurgical combination.The clad ratio of the rolled composite sheet is 9.97%,the deviation is±0.15%,the tensile strength is 234.8 MPa and the elongation is 3.74%,which meets the national standard requirements.The application of the SLS-TRC process can realize the bonding combination between the core and the cladding layer quickly,meanwhile the casting rolling outlet thickness is small,the pass number for rolling to the finished product is small,and it has the advantages of high production efficiency,low energy consumption and low cost.
