摘 要:对热等静压制备的22Cr-ODS钢进行热变形处理。采用SEM、力学性能测试等方法研究了热变形处理对22Cr-ODS钢显微组织以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:热等静压态钢中晶粒呈现出块状特征,晶界处存在连续的条状析出相,恶化材料的性能,导致了钢的脆性断裂。而经过热变形处理之后,晶粒尺寸大幅度下降,析出相分布更加均匀弥散;钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度以及伸长率均有不同程度的提高。断裂类型有脆性断裂转变为韧性断裂,但同时断口表面存在层状裂纹,这与热变形的温度以及保温时间有关。Hot deformation was conducted on 22Cr-ODS steel prepared by hot isostatic pressing(HIP).The effects of hot deformation treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 22Cr-ODS steel were studied by SEM and tensile tests.The results show that the morphologies of grains present the characteristic of block,also there exist continuous strip-like precipitates at grain boundaries,which deteriorates the performance of the steel and cause brittle fracture of as-HIPed steel.After the hot deformation,the grain size is greatly reduced.And the distribution of the precipitates is optimized.In addition,the yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and elongation have been improved.The fracture mode changes from brittle fracture to ductile fracture,but at the same time,there exists laminar cracks on the fracture surfaces,which are related to the temperature of thermal deformation and annealing time.
