摘 要:为了研究变径区域的不同偏角下质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的性能,基于ANSYS Fluent软件对不同偏角下的电池流道中气体流速、质量分数、压强以及水含量进行了仿真模拟,分析结果表明:在不同偏角下流道流速主要在6~7 m/s之间,流速点占比相对较大对应的偏角为50°,相对较小的对应偏角为75°;相对较大流速对应的偏角为75°和60°,随着偏角的增加,阳极氢气绝对压强曲线线性增加速率相对较大的对应偏角为70°和75°,相对较小的对应的偏角为40°;阴极氧气绝对压强曲线相对较大的对应的偏角为60°,相对较小的对应的偏角为40°;在出口处流道水质量分数相对较大的对应偏角为40°、70°和75°,而相对较小的对应角度为60°。综合考虑分析可以得出,电池效率相对较好的适宜偏角为60°。In order to study the performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)at different deflection angles in the variable diameter region,the gas flow rate,mass fraction,pressure and water content in the cell channel at different deflection angles were simulated using ANSYS Fluent software.The analyzed results show that the flow velocity in the channel is mainly between 6 m/s and 7 m/s at different deflection angles,the deflection angle corresponding to the relatively large proportion of flow velocity points is 50°,and the corresponding deflection angles corresponding to the relatively small proportion are 75°;The deflection angle corresponding to relatively large flow velocity is 75°and 60°.With the increase of the deflection angle,the linear increase rate of the absolute pressure curve of anode hydrogen is relatively large,which corresponds to the deflection angles of 70°and 75°,and the smaller one corresponds to the deflection angle of 40°;The deviation angle corresponding to the relatively large absolute pressure curve of cathode oxygen is 60°,the deviation angle corresponding to the relatively small one is 40°,the deviation angle corresponding to the relatively large mass fraction of water in the outlet channel is 40°,70°and 75°,and the deviation angle corresponding to the relatively small one is 60°.After comprehensive consideration,it is found that the appropriate deflection angle for relatively good battery efficiency is 60°.
