数字金融集聚有助于促进经济高质量发展吗?

摘　　要：新发展格局下,数字金融集聚对经济高质量发展具有重要作用。本文基于2011—2021年中国省级面板数据,从“量增”“质升”两个维度解析了经济高质量发展的时代内涵,并以此为依据构建指标体系,探究数字金融集聚对经济高质量发展的影响及其作用路径。研究发现:数字金融集聚会显著促进经济高质量发展;数字金融集聚空间分布结构对经济高质量发展的影响存在异质性特征,单中心化分布结构会抑制经济高质量发展,多中心化分布结构会促进经济高质量发展;数字金融集聚会通过提升创新水平进而促进经济高质量发展。据此,应当引导数字金融集聚,提升地方数字金融供给能力,优化数字金融空间布局,建立合理的数字金融空间分布架构,构建创新生态环境,扎实推进经济高质量发展。Under the new development pattern,digital financial agglomeration plays an important role in the high-quality economic development.Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2011 to 2021,this paper analyses the connotation of high-quality economic development from the two dimensions of“increasing quantity”and“improving quality”,and constructs an indicator system based on it to explore the impact of digital financial agglomeration on the high-quality economic development and its mechanism.The results show that:digital financial agglomeration can significantly promote the level of high-quality economic development;the spatial distribution structure of digital financial agglomeration has heterogeneous characteristics on the high-quality economic development,with the monocentric distribution structure inhibiting the high-quality economic development and the polycentric distribution structure promoting it;and digital financial agglomeration can promote the development by improving the level of innovation.Accordingly,we should guide digital financial agglomeration,enhance local digital financial supply capacity,optimise the spatial distribution of digital finance,establish a reasonable spatial distribution structure of digital finance,build an innovative ecological environment,and solidly promote high-quality economic development.
