摘　　要：阐述FZ/T 97042—2023《经编展纤整经机》标准的制定过程,包括多方参与和反复论证。分析其适用范畴,涵盖不同规模和类型的生产场景。探讨整经机的形式和主要参数,为设备选型提供了依据。研究设备控制系统的要求,以保障整经过程的稳定性和高效性。强调整经质量的严格要求,确保产品符合高品质标准。最后,深入剖析该标准发布对行业发展的意义,为高性能纤维经编织造行业的健康发展提供了有力支撑。It elaborates in detail the formulation process of the FZ/T 97042—2023 “Warp Knitting Fiber-Spreading Warping Machine” standard,including multi-party participation and repeated demonstrations.Its applicable scope is analyzed,covering production scenarios of different scales and types.The types and main parameters of the warping machine are discussed,providing a basis for equipment selection.The requirements of the equipment control system are studied to ensure the stability and efficiency of the warping process.The strict requirements for the warping quality are emphasized to ensure that the products meet high-quality standards.Finally,the significance of the release of this standard for the development of the industry is deeply analyzed,providing strong support for the healthy development of the high-performance fiber warp knitting industry.
