摘　　要：目的:检索并整合妊娠期胎动监测与胎动减少管理的最佳证据,为临床胎动监测健康教育与管理孕妇胎动减少提供科学依据。方法:按照“6S”模型检索中英文指南网站、数据库以及专业学会网站,检索时间为2018年1月1日—2023年9月1日,总结关于孕妇胎动监测与胎动减少管理的护理证据,包括临床决策、系统评价以及指南,由6名研究者对符合的文献进行提取相关证据并整合。结果:共纳入12篇文献,包括6篇指南、4篇临床决策、2篇系统评价,包括胎动计数方法、胎动规律、影响胎动的生理因素、胎动减少的危险因素、教育指导、胎动减少干预策略6个方面,共25条证据。结论:该研究总结可为临床护理工作者指导孕妇胎动监测以及管理孕妇胎动减少提供循证依据。护理工作者在应用证据时应考虑孕妇需求以及结合临床实际情况为孕妇制订最优管理方案。Objective:To search for and integrate the best evidence on monitoring of fetal movement and management of fetal movement reduction during pregnancy,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical fetal movement monitoring health education and management of pregnant women with reduced fetal movement.Methods:According to the "6S" model,the Chinese and English guide websites,databases and websites of professional societies were searched from January 1,2018 to September 1,2023 to summarize nursing evidence on maternal fetal movement monitoring and management of fetal movement reduction,including clinical decision-making,systematic review and guidelines.The relevant evidence was extracted and integrated from the relevant literature by six researchers.Results:A total of 12 papers were included,including 6 guidelines,4 clinical decisions,and 2 systematic reviews.There were 25 evidences from 6 aspects:counting method of fetal movement,regularity of fetal movement,physiological factors affecting fetal movement,risk factors of fetal movement reduction,educational guidance and intervention strategy of fetal movement reduction.Conclusions:The summary of this study can provide evidence-based evidence for clinical nursing workers to guide the monitoring of pregnant women′s fetal movement and management of their fetal movement reduction.When applying evidence,care workers should consider the needs of pregnant women and formulate the best management plan.
