摘　　要：介绍老年胃食管反流病自我管理的概念、影响因素、评价工具及应对措施,分析目前研究所存在的优势与不足,以进一步为我国老年胃食管反流病自我管理的研究提供借鉴。It introduced the concept,influencing factors,evaluation tools and coping strategies of gastroesophageal reflux disease self-management in the elderly,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of current research,so as to provide reference for further research on gastroesophageal reflux disease self-management in China.
