摘  要:利用空气流体输送理论设计烟叶分级设备,有利于加快分级速度、提高效率和分级效果,便于分级后烟叶的分仓保存处理。针对烟叶在机器视觉分级中输送效率低的问题,利用空气流体输送理论,设计了负压输送试验平台,并利用Design Expert 11对试验数据进行了分析。结果表明:风速对烟叶输送的连续性具有极显著的影响,风管宽度、风管高度对烟叶输送影响不显著;当风管宽度为0.8 m、风管高度为0.3 m时,烟叶连续输送率最高;在实际的风力输送过程中,为平衡动力输入、烟叶输送效果、拍摄成像与算法计算时间,选择17~18 m/s为烟叶输送风速。Using the air fluid transport theory to design tobacco grading equipment is beneficial for increasing grading speed,improving efficiency and grading effect,and facilitating the storage and processing of classified tobacco leaves.In response to the problem of low conveying efficiency of tobacco leaves in machine vision grading,a negative pressure conveying test platform was designed by using the the air fluid transport theory,and the experimental data was analyzed by using Design Expert 11.The results showed that wind speed had an extremely significant impact on the continuity of tobacco leaf transportation,while the width and height of the air duct had no significant impact on tobacco leaf transportation;when the width of the air duct was 0.8 m and the height was 0.3 m,the continuous conveying rate of tobacco leaves was the highest;in the actual wind transportation process,in order to balance the power input,tobacco transportation effect,shooting imaging,and algorithm calculation time,17-18 m/s was selected as the tobacco transportation wind speed.
