摘 要:通过实地调研,对2023年河北省果菜类蔬菜的种植面积、产量及主栽品种进行统计分析,并比较不同产区果菜类蔬菜的平均产量及规模。结果表明,该年度河北省果菜类蔬菜中,黄瓜的产量占比最高,为38.87%。不同果菜类蔬菜的种植呈现明显的区域性,七大主产区分别为石家庄、唐山、廊坊、保定、沧州、衡水和邯郸。不同区域的果菜类蔬菜平均产量差异较大,但大部分地区的平均产量高于全国平均水平。针对以上现状,结合河北省果菜类蔬菜种植存在的问题,提出发展建议,以期为河北省果菜类蔬菜的可持续发展提供参考。Through field research,statistical analysis was conducted on the planting area,yield and main varieties of fruit vegetables in Hebei Province in 2023,and the average yield and scale of fruit vegetables in different production areas were compared.The results showed that cucumber had the highest yield proportion among fruit vegetables in Hebei Province during that year,accounting for 38.87%.The cultivation of different fruit vegetables showed obvious regional characteristics,with the seven main production areas,including Shijiazhuang,Tangshan,Langfang,Baoding,Cangzhou,Hengshui and Handan.The average yield of fruit vegetables varied greatly in different regions,but the average yield per unit area in most regions was higher than that of the national average level.According to above status,development suggestions were proposed based on the problems in fruit vegetable cultivation in Hebei Province.
