2014-2023年某省级三甲综合医院住院死亡病例统计分析

摘　　要：目的了解某院近十年住院死亡情况,为合理配置医疗资源、制订疾病防控政策提供依据。方法收集湖南省人民医院主院区2014年1月—2023年12月2270例住院死亡病例资料,对性别、年龄、死因进行统计分析。结果2014—2023年本院住院死亡率为0.24%(2270/951487),总体呈下降趋势,但2021年后有所回升;男性死亡率为0.30%(1518/506843)高于女性为0.17%(752/444643),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);死亡率随年龄增加呈上升趋势;前三位死因为循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病。十年间循环系统疾病和恶性肿瘤始终为前两位死因,而呼吸系统疾病占比自2021年后升高。结论2014—2023年本院住院死亡情况总体改善,应加强循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病筛查诊治。Objective To investigate the inpatient deaths in a hospital in the past decade,and provide basis for the rational allocation of medical resources and formulation of disease prevention and control policies.Methods Data of 2270 inpatient deaths from January 2014 to December 2023 in the main ward of Hunan Provincial People's Hospital were collected,and gender,age and cause of death were statistically analyzed.Results The inpatient fatality rate was 0.24%(2270/951487)from 2014 to 2023,showing a decreasing trend,but rebounded after 2021.The fatality rate in males was 0.30%(1518/506843)was higher than 0.17%(752/444643)in females,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fatality rate generally increased with age,and circulatory system diseases,malignancies and respiratory system diseases were the top 3 causes of death.Circulatory diseases and malignancies remained the top 2 causes of death over the decade,while the proportion of respiratory diseases has increased since 2021.Conclusion The situation of inpatient deaths was generally improved from 2014 to 2023.It's necessary to strengthen the screening,diagnosis and treatment of circulatory system diseases,malignancies and respiratory system diseases.
