质控小组管理模式对心内科护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析质控小组管理模式对心内科护理质量的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月南京中医药大学附属医院(镇江市中医院)心血管内科13名护理人员为研究对象,研究期间人员无变动,2023年1月实施质控小组管理模式,比较实施前(2022年1—12月)、实施后(2023年1—12月)的护理质量、纠纷发生情况以及管理认可度。结果质控小组管理模式实施后护理质量显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实施前共发生29起纠纷事件,质控小组管理模式实施后共发生6起纠纷事件。质控小组管理模式实施后管理认可度为100%(13/13),高于实施前的84.62%(11/13),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质控小组管理模式应用于心内科护理管理中,能够提升护理质量,减少纠纷的发生,且护理人员对该管理模式的认可度高。Objective To analyze the effect of management mode of quality control group on nursing quality of cardiology department.Methods A total of 13 nurses in the Cardiovascular Department of Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine(Zhenjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,there was no change in personnel during the study.The quality control team management mode was implemented in January 2023.The quality of care,occurrence of disputes and management acceptance were compared before implementation(January-December 2022)and after implementation(January-December 2023).Results The nursing quality after the implementation of the quality control group management mode was significantly higher than that before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).A total of 29 disputes occurred before the implementation,and a total of 6 disputes occurred after the implementation of the quality control team management model.After the implementation of the quality control group management mode,the management recognition degree 100.00%(13/13)was higher than that before the implementation 84.62%(11/13),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the quality control team management model to the management of cardiology nursing care can improve the quality of care,reduce the occurrence of disputes,and the nursing staff have a high degree of acceptance of this management model.
