基于精细化理念的药房管理模式对西药房工作效率、药品调配情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于精细化理念的药房管理模式对西药房工作效率、药品调配情况的影响。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月兰陵县人民医院药学部28名工作人员为研究对象,2021年5月—2022年5月实施常规管理为对照组,2022年6月—2023年5月实施基于精细化理念的药房管理模式为观察组。对比两组工作效率、工作满意度。结果观察组的病患候药时间、单方调剂时间均短于对照组,人均日调剂量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组的工作人员对管理模式满意度为96.43%(27/28),高于对照组的67.86%(19/28),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.791,P<0.05)。结论在西药房中实施基于精细化理念的药房管理模式,可明显缩短病患候药时间,减少处方出错的发生,提升工作效率,且有利于提高工作人员对管理的满意度。Objective To explore the influence of pharmacy management mode based on the concept of refinement on the work efficiency and drug allocation of western pharmacy.Methods A total of 28 staff members from the Department of Pharmacy of Lanling County People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,the pharmacy management mode based on the refined concept was implemented from May 2021 to May 2022 as the control group,and the pharmacy management mode based on the refined concept was implemented from June 2022 to May 2023 as the observation group.The work efficiency and job satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The waiting time and prescription time of patients in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the per capita daily dose was higher than that in control group,the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the staff in the observation group was 96.43%(27/28),higher than 67.86%(19/28)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.791,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the pharmacy management mode based on the refined concept in the western pharmacy can significantly shorten the waiting time of patients,reduce the occurrence of prescription errors,improve work efficiency,and help improve the satisfaction of staff on management.
