规范化护理管理在眼科护士中的应用效果评估

摘　　要：目的分析眼科临床护理管理工作中合理运用规范化护理管理的具体效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年7月长沙市第四医院17名在职眼科护士为研究对象,于2022年6—12月实施常规护理管理并将其设为参照组,于2023年1—7月实施规范化护理管理并将其设为探究组。对比分析不同护理管理模式的效果。结果探究组护理质量评分、临床管理能力评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);探究组发生1例护理工作协调交接不当,无护患沟通纠纷,无违反操作流程,参照组发生3例护理工作协调交接不当,1例护患沟通纠纷,2例违反操作流程。结论临床上开展规范化护理管理,既能够促使眼科护士其护理质量以及临床管理能力获得显著提升,又能够减少护理管理中不良事件发生情况。Objective To analyze the specific effect of rational use of standardized nursing management in clinical nursing management of ophthalmology.Methods From June 2022 to July 2023,17 in-service ophthalmic nurses in the Fourth Hospital of Changsha City were selected as the research objects.From June to December 2022,routine nursing management was implemented and set as the reference group.From January to July 2023,standardized nursing management was implemented and set as the inquiry group.The effects of different nursing management modes were compared and analyzed.Results The nursing quality score and clinical management ability score of the inquiry group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was 1 case of improper coordination and handover of nursing work,no nurse-patient communication dispute and no violation of operation process in the inquiry group.There were 3 cases of improper coordination and handover of nursing work,1 case of nurse-patient communication dispute and 2 cases of violation of operation process in the reference group.Conclusion Clinically,standardized nursing management can not only significantly improve the nursing quality and clinical management ability of ophthalmic nurses,but also reduce the occurrence of adverse events in nursing management.
