摘 要:医院财务管理是维持医院正常开展工作的关键。然而,当前医院在业财融合过程中仍面临诸多挑战,如信息系统不完善、业务与财务数据脱节、财务人员专业能力不足等。这些问题制约了医院财务管理的整体效能提升。本文就医院的财务管理与业财融合进行分析,论证业财融合对医院财务管理的影响,并提出一系列对策,如提高医院对业财融合管理的重视程度、积极开展人才培养、加强个性信息化建设水平、完善各部门间沟通交流等,以推动业财融合管理实施,提高医院内部管理工作的质量与效率。Hospital financial management is the key to maintain the normal work of the hospital.However,hospitals still face many challenges in the process of the integration of business and finance,such as the imperfect information system,the disconnection between business and financial data,and the lack of professional ability of financial personnel.These problems restrict the overall efficiency of hospital financial management.This paper analyzes the financial management of the hospital and the integration of industry and finance,demonstrates the impact of the integration of industry and finance on the financial management of the hospital,and proposes a series of countermeasures,such as increasing the hospital's attention to the integration of industry and finance management,actively carrying out talent training,strengthening the level of personalized information construction,and improving the communication among various departments,so as to promote the implementation of the integration of industry and finance management.Improve the quality and efficiency of hospital internal management.
