摘　　要：本文从信息化时代下科研档案管理的建设背景,科研档案管理在科研发展中的作用,信息化时代下科研档案管理的策略、信息化技术在科研档案管理中的应用价值等方面进行阐述,提出将科研档案管理从传统的纸质档案管理升级为电子档案管理,并与信息化技术相融合,有利于推动今后科研档案管理的发展。This paper expounds the construction background of scientific research archive management in the information age,the role of scientific research archive management in scientific research development,the strategy of scientific research archive management in the information age,and the application value of information technology in scientific research archive management,and proposes to upgrade scientific research archive management from traditional paper archive management to electronic archive management.It is integrated with information technology and helps to promote the development of scientific research archives management in the future.
