摘　　要：目的分析三轨道五阶梯式层级体系在外科护士管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月滨州医学院附属医院60名外科护士为研究对象,按照管理模式不同,分为对照组(常规管理)和观察组(三轨道五阶梯式层级体系管理),各30名。比较两组自我效能感、业务素质、职业决策自我效能。结果观察组自我效能感综合量表总分为(138.50±8.30)分,高于对照组的(130.50±6.30)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.205,P<0.05)。观察组业务素质评分、职业决策自我效能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论三轨道五阶梯式层级体系与常规管理模式相比,可提高外科护士的业务素质,提高自我效能。Objective To analyze the application effect of the three track five step hierarchical system in the management of surgical nurses.Methods A total of sixty surgical nurses in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into a control group(conventional management)and an observation group(three-track,five-step hierarchical system management)of 30 each according to the different management modes.Self-efficacy,business quality,and career decision-making self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of Self-Efficacy Integration Scale in the observation group was 138.50±8.30,which was higher than 130.50±6.30 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.205,P<0.05).The observation group's business quality scores and professional decision-making selfefficacy scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The three track five step hierarchical system improves surgical nurses'performance and self-efficacy compared to conventional management models.
