规范化管理模式在医院病案室中的管理效果及对病案差错的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析规范化管理模式在医院病案室中的管理效果及其对差错率的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月坊子区人民医院的30名工作人员为研究对象,2022年1—12月实施常规管理(对照组),2023年1—12月实施规范化管理(观察组),分别于两组抽取100份病案。对比两组的管理效果。结果观察组病案管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组共发生2起病案差错事件,较对照组数量更少。观察组的病案管理考核评分为(95.12±3.26)分,高于对照组的(87.59±3.15)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.098,P<0.05)。结论规范化管理模式的应用,有助于降低医院病案室管理差错的发生风险,提升病案管理质量。Objective To analyze the effect of standardized management mode in hospital medical record room and its influence on the error rate.Methods Thirty staff members of Fangzi District People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and routine management was implemented from January to December 2022(control group),and standardized management was implemented from January to December 2023(observation group).100 medical records were selected from the two groups.The management effect of the two groups was compared.Results The score of medical record management quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 2 cases of medical record errors in the observation group,which was less than that in the control group.The score of medical record management in the observation group was 95.12±3.26,which was higher than 87.59±3.15 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.098,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized management mode is helpful to reduce the risk of management errors and improve the quality of medical record management.
