摘 要:目的探究在西药房管理工作中开展全面质量管理的应用效果。方法2021年1月起相公中心医院西药房管理工作中开展全面质量管理,2020年1—12月为开展前(采取常规药品管理),2021年1—12月为开展后(采取全面质量管理),选取30名工作人员为本研究对象,两组为同一批工作人员。比较开展前后西药房工作人员管理质量评分、药品差错率及工作人员满意度。结果开展全面质量管理后,西药房工作人员管理质量评分高于开展前,西药房药品差错率低于开展前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。开展全面质量管理后工作人员满意度为96.67%(29/30),比开展前的73.33%高(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05)。结论在医院西药房管理中开展全面质量管理可有效提高西药房管理质量,减少药品差错率,提高工作人员满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive quality management in the management of western pharmacy.Methods Total Quality Management was carried out in the management of the western pharmacy of Sanggong Central Hospital from January 2021.From January to December 2020 was before the implementation of the study(routine drug management was adopted),and from January to December 2021 was after the implementation of the study(total quality management was adopted).30 staff members were selected as the subjects of the study,and the two groups are the same group of staff.Compared the quality score of western pharmacy staff management,medication error rate and staff satisfaction before and after the implementation.Results After the implementation of total quality management,the quality of management scores of the staff of the western pharmacy was higher than before the implementation,and the error rate of medicines in the western pharmacy was lower than before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Staff satisfaction was 96.67%(29/30)after the implementation of total quality management,which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing comprehensive quality management in hospital pharmacy management can effectively improve the quality of pharmacy management,reduce drug error rates,and improve staff satisfaction.
