摘 要:目的研究加强实训阅片和传统理论教学方式在医学影像技术与诊断教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年12月永州市中心医院医学影像科影像技术专业60名实习生作为研究对象,采用随机颜色球法分为观察组、对照组,各30例。对照组实施传统理论教学,观察组实施传统理论教学配合加强实训阅片的教学方式。对比两组考核成绩、教学满意度、学习积极性、自我效能感。结果观察组考核成绩、学习积极性、自我效能感评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组教学满意度为93.33%(28/30)高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论传统理论教学配合加强实训阅片的教学方式可提升考核成绩、教学满意度,调动实习生学习积极性,且有利于提高实习生的自我效能感。Objective To study the effect of strengthening the practical training film reading and traditional theoretical teaching methods in the teaching of medical imaging technology and diagnosis.Methods From January 2020 to December 2023,60 interns majoring in medical imaging technology in Yongzhou Central Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random color ball method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group implemented traditional theoretical teaching,and the observation group implemented traditional theoretical teaching combined with the teaching method of strengthening practical reading.The assessment results,teaching satisfaction,learning enthusiasm and self-efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of assessment results,learning enthusiasm and self-efficacy in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional theoretical teaching combined with the teaching method of strengthening practical reading can improve the assessment results,teaching satisfaction,mobilize the enthusiasm of interns,and help to improve the self-efficacy of interns.
