摘　　要：本文全面探讨了医院医疗卫生资源管理面临的挑战,包括人力资源供需不平衡、物质资源更新与维护、医疗费用合理性和可控性等方面。提出了优化医疗卫生资源利用的策略,涉及人力、物质、财务3个方面,强调科学管理和技术手段整合的必要性。详细探讨了提高医疗服务质量和效率的方法,包括人才培养、物流管理、财务规划等,强调了创新在人力、物质和财务资源管理中的关键作用,提出了相应的管理策略和方法,为医院的可持续发展提供了理论指导和实践建议。This paper comprehensively discusses the challenges faced by hospital medical and health resource management,including the imbalance between supply and demand of human resources,the renewal and maintenance of material resources,the rationality and controllability of medical expenses.It puts forward the strategy of optimizing the utilization of medical and health resources,involving three aspects of human,material and financial,and emphasizes the necessity of scientific management and technical means integration.The methods of improving the quality and efficiency of medical services are discussed in detail,including personnel training,logistics management,financial planning,etc.The key role of innovation in human,material and financial resource management is emphasized,and the corresponding management strategies and methods are put forward,which provides theoretical guidance and practical suggestions for the sustainable development of hospitals.
