摘 要:目的探究柔性管理理论在优化急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月江都人民医院急诊科的27名护理人员为研究对象,依据不同管理方式分为两组,2021年1月—2022年6月实施常规护理管理为对照组,2022年7月—2023年12月实施基于柔性管理理论护理管理为研究组,对比不同管理方式护理人员的满意度以及护理管理效果。结果研究组护理人员满意度为92.59%(25/27),高于对照组的70.37%(19/27),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.418,P<0.05);研究组护理管理效果评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论实施基于柔性管理理念的护理管理护理人员工作在急诊科室的护理管理优化中,可以提高护理人员工作积极性与护理质量,提高工作人员满意度,降低不良事件发生率,提升护理工作的效率及工作安全性。Objective To explore the application effect of flexible management theory in optimizing emergency nursing management.Methods A total of 27 nursing staff in the emergency department of Jiangdu People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different management methods,they were divided into two groups.From January 2021 to June 2022,routine nursing management was implemented as the control group.From July 2022 to December 2023,nursing management based on flexible management theory was implemented as the research group.The satisfaction and nursing management effect of nursing staff with different management methods were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of nursing staff in the research group was 92.59%(25/27),which was higher than 70.37%(19/27)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.418,P<0.05).The nursing management effect scores of the research group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing management based on flexible management concept in the optimization of nursing management in emergency department can improve work enthusiasm and nursing quality of nursing staff,improve staff satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the efficiency and safety of nursing work.
