摘　　要：高效高质的专科运营团队,是保障医院顺利开展各项精细化运营管理工作的前提,本文以LY院的实践经验为例,探讨公立医院专科运营助理的运行模式,围绕组织体系构建、工作模式及工作机制、人员队伍建设与工作职责、职业素养进阶以及综合能力提升等方面拓展专科运营助理服务效能,以期能为对其他医院设置运营管理相关机构及运营助理提供参考,助力提升国内医院精益管理水平,推动整体医院高质量发展。An efficient and high-quality specialty operation team is the prerequisite for the smooth implementation of various refined operation and management work in hospitals.Taking the practical experience of LY Hospital as an example,this article explored the operation mode of specialty operation assistants in public hospitals,and expanded the effectiveness of the specialty operation assistant service in terms of the construction of the organization system,working mode and working mechanism,personnel team construction and work responsibilities,professional quality advancement and comprehensive ability improvement,in order to provide reference for other hospitals to set up operation management related organizations and operation assistants,and to help improve the level of lean management in domestic hospitals and promote the overall high-quality development of hospitals.
