摘　　要：本文探讨了医疗信息化管理领域数字化转型的相关问题,通过文献回顾和实地调查,详细分析了公立医院实施病案无纸化带来包括降低管理成本、提升工作效率、促进信息共享与团队协作、提高医疗服务质量及患者安全以及环境保护等优势,以及面料的信息安全和隐私保护的挑战、技术难题、组织文化变革以及资源投入保障等挑战。指出需要加强信息安全和隐私保护措施、推进技术创新与升级、强化人员培训和文化改革以及优化资源配置和管理以应对克服困难。强调虽然病案无纸化对提高公立医院管理效率和医疗服务质量具有显著影响,但仍需解决伴随而来的一系列挑战,以实现可持续的发展并不断提高服务质量和患者体验。This paper discusses the related problems of digital transformation in the field of medical information management.Through literature review and field investigation,this paper analyzes in detail the advantages of paperless medical records in public hospitals,including reducing management costs,improving work efficiency,promoting information sharing and teamwork,improving medical service quality,patient safety and environmental protection,as well as the challenges of information security and privacy protection,technical problems,organizational culture change and resource investment guarantee.It is necessary to strengthen information security and privacy protection measures,promote technological innovation and upgrading,strengthen personnel training and cultural reform,and optimize resource allocation and management to overcome difficulties.It is emphasized that although paperless medical records have a significant impact on improving the management efficiency and medical service quality of public hospitals,a series of challenges still need to be solved to achieve sustainable development and continuously improve service quality and patient experience.
