开展颈动脉内膜剥脱术治疗颈动脉狭窄或闭塞的问题与对策

摘　　要：颈动脉狭窄或闭塞是全世界范围内严重威胁中老年人健康的疾病。颈动脉内膜剥脱术是目前治疗颈动脉狭窄或闭塞的金标准。由于我国颈动脉狭窄或闭塞发病的区域不平衡性和医疗水平的区域不平衡性,开展颈动脉内膜剥脱术遇到的困难与问题较多。解决这些困难和问题并提出相应对策,对于我国心脑血管疾病的有效预防和管理具有重要意义。本文从医院管理和医师诊疗等相关的十一个方面阐述开展该手术可能面临的问题与相应的对策。Carotid artery stenosis or occlusion is a serious threat to middle-aged and elderly people in worldwide.Carotid endarterectomy is still the gold standard for the treatment of carotid stenosis or occlusion.In China,there are many difficulties and problems in carotid endarterectomy due to the regional imbalance of carotid artery stenosis or occlusion and the regional imbalance of medical level.It is very important to solve the problems of carotid endarterectomy and put forward countermeasures for the effective prevention and management of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.In this article,eleven aspects related to hospital management and physician diagnosis were discussed.
