摘　　要：当前城市更新建设中,由社区居民参与的社区花园共建项目为存量优化城市更新提供有效发展思路。但存在公众参与有效决策机制缺失的问题,导致公众诉求难以畅通表达。研究引入共享心智理论模型,以北京社区花园共建项目的深入调研为实证基础,通过干扰共建项目共享心智模型的影响因素,加强参与方的有效表达,搭建社区花园共建项目决策机制的可行路径,为城市小微更新走向“共同缔造”的治理新模式提供新思路。In the current urban renewal construction,community garden co construction projects involving community residents provide effective development ideas for stock optimization of urban renewal.However,there is a lack of effective decision-making mechanisms for public participation,which makes it difficult to express public demands smoothly.The study introduces a shared mental models,based on in-depth research on the Beijing community garden co construction project as an empirical basis.By interfering with the infuencing factors of the shared mind model in the co construction project,strengthening the efective expression of participants,and building a feasible path for the decision-making mechanism of the community garden co construction project,it prov ides new ideas for the governance model of"co creation"in urban small and micro renewal.
