摘 要:对比研究了国内钢厂120 t转炉供氧制度和底吹工艺的优化实践以及智能冶炼和冶炼新工艺的应用实践。结果表明:适用于120 t转炉的氧枪喷头孔数为5个;120 t转炉底吹系统通常配置4~8支底吹管路,通过提高转炉底吹强度,可降低炉渣Fe_(t)O含量和钢水终点磷含量;副枪和投弹仪均可应用于120 t转炉,但副枪与转炉炉口的有效距离需大于400 mm。A comparative study was conducted on the optimization practices of oxygen supply system and bottom blowing process,as well as on the application practices of intelligent smelting and new smelting processes of 120 t converters in domestic plants.The results showed that(a)the number of oxygen gun nozzle holes suitable for 120 t converters was 5;(b)the 120 t converter bottom blowing system was usually equipped with 4 to 8 bottom-blowing pipelines,the Fe_(t)O content in the slag and the phosphorus content at the endpoint of the molten steel could be reduced by increasing the bottom-blowing strength of the converter;(c)both the sublance and the bomb launcher could be applied to 120 t converters,but the effective distance between the sublance and the converter mouth needed to be greater than 400 mm.
