摘 要:采用不同抽拉速率制备了一种第三代镍基单晶高温合金,研究了抽拉速率对合金微观组织和元素偏析的影响。结果表明:随着抽拉速率的增加,一次枝晶臂间距和二次枝晶臂间距减小;孔隙率先增大再减小,γ′相的尺寸和体积分数均减小且立方度增加;负偏析元素Re、W的偏析程度减小,正偏析元素Al的偏析程度变化较小,Ta的偏析程度略微增大。A third-generation nickel-base single crystal superalloy was prepared with different withdrawal rates,and the effects of withdrawal rates on the microstructure and elements segregation of the alloy were studied.The results showed that with the increase of withdrawal rate,the primary and secondary dendrite arm spacing decreased,and the porosity increased at first and then decreased.The size and the volume fraction of theγ'phase decreased,while the cubic degree increased.The degree of segregation of the negative segregation elements Re and W decreased,while the degree of segregation of the positive segregation elements Al changed slightly and that of Ta increased slightly.
