摘　　要：全球产业链和能源结构的调整重塑了我国煤炭行业的发展格局。我国煤炭行业应通过“强链、补链、延链”策略来提升供应链竞争力,并加大对绿色开采和节能减排技术的创新,以提高产业链的可持续性与投资回报率。同时,我国煤炭行业应加强国际合作和优化贸易布局,以确保供应链稳定,实现多样化与智能化的全产业链管理,并推动清洁生产和深加工技术普及,从而在全球能源格局变化中保持行业竞争力与国家能源安全。The adjustments of the global industrial chain and the energy structure have reshaped the development pattern of the coal industry in China.The coal industry should strengthen its supply chain competitiveness through strategies of strengthening chain,supplying chain,and extending chain,and boost the innovation of green mining and energy-saving technologies to improve the sustainability and investment returns of the industrial chain.Furthermore,China’s coal industry should strengthen the international cooperation and optimize the trade layouts to ensure the stability of supply chain,implement the diversified and intelligent supply chain management across the entire industry,and promote the widespread adoption of clean production and deep processing technologies,so as to maintain the industry competitiveness and ensure China's energy security in the changing global energy pattern.
