长三角地区静脉产业园区建设存在的问题与发展路径研究

摘　　要：在“无废城市”和“循环经济”政策驱动下,静脉产业园成为了资源循环利用的重要载体,长三角地区静脉产业园区建设处于全国领先水平,但仍然存在着区域协作机制未构建、产业链短、处理成本高、园区入住率不高等问题。通过建立区域合作框架与合作交流机制,鼓励企业技术创新、加强政府监管与执法力度,以先进的静脉产业园区为示范等路径,推动静脉产业的发展和区域产业结构的转型升级。Under the driving force of the"zero waste city"and"circular economy"policies,venous industrial parks have become important carriers for resource recycling.The construction of venous industrial parks in the Yangtze River Delta region is at the forefront of the country.However,there are still issues such as the lack of regional cooperation mechanisms,short industrial chains,high processing costs,and low occupancy rate in the parks.By establishing regional cooperation frameworks and communication mechanisms,encouraging technological innovation in enterprises,strengthening government supervision and law enforcement,and using advanced venous industrial parks as demonstrations,the development of venous industries and the transformation and upgrading of regional industrial structures can be promoted.
