摘  要:新能源的大规模接入对系统内传统继电保护的影响已经显现,部分地区继电保护在近区故障时灵敏性与可靠性下降。聚焦距离保护在双馈风电机组接入系统中的应用,对跟随型逆变器的双馈风电机组的故障特性进行分析。在假设风电机组电动势不变的情况下,通过叠加原理计算系统等值阻抗,并将电压相位突变转化为系统等值阻抗变化问题,进而分析正序电压极化阻抗继电器的行为。分别针对联络线上风电场侧和系统侧的阻抗继电器展开研究,结果表明,故障时双馈风电机组系统的等效阻抗变化会导致阻抗圆灵敏角偏移,从而使得风电场侧距离保护在正向故障时可能出现区外误动区内拒动的情况,系统侧距离保护在反向故障时可能存在误动的风险。此外,联络线上发生故障,系统等值阻抗的变化还可能导致无故障相邻线路的误动。最后,参照现场接线图搭建仿真模型,对风电场侧、系统侧和负荷侧的快速距离保护进行验证,试验结果与之前的分析结论一致。The impact of large-scale access of new energy on the traditional relay protection in the system has appeared,and the sensitivity and reliability of the relay protection in some areas have decreased in the near area failure.Focusing on application of distance protection in the doubly-fed fan access system,this study analyzes fault characteristics of the doubly-fed fan in follower inverter.Under the assumption that the electromotive force of the fan is unchanged,the equivalent impedance of the system is calculated by the superposition principle,and the voltage phase mutation is transformed into the equivalent impedance change of the system,and then the behavior of positive-sequence voltage polarization impedance relay is analyzed.The impedance relays on the wind farm side and the system side of the tie lines are studied respectively.The results show that the changes of the equivalent impedance of the doubly-fed fan system will lead to the shift of the impedance circle sensitivity angle when the fault occurs,so that the wind farm side distance protection may misoperate in the case of forward fault,and the system side distance protection may have the risk of reverse misoperation in the case of reverse fault.In addition,when a fault occurs on the tie line,the changes of the equivalent impedance of the system may also cause the misoperation of the adjacent lines without fault.Finally,a simulation model is built based on the field wiring diagram to verify the fast distance protection on the wind farm side,system side and load side,and the experimental results are consistent with the previous analysis.
